Here at Discoveryland , all of our team believe in our “home from home” service. All of our team are commited to working closely with parents and guardians on a daily basis.

There are currently 12 staff members, who are all key players in the success of Discoveryland. Our HR manager Angus Lee has earned his Masters in Education; Michelle our Administrative Manager holds a Level 9 Qualification, as does Sarah our Pre-Montessori Childcare Practitioner. Hannah, our ECCE Manager holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Care & Education, as does Christina our Junior ECCE Practitioner. Two of our staff members are currently studying for their BA in Early Childhood Care & Education. All of our staff hold a a QQI qualification in Childcare, and all our staff are continuously learning and up-skilling in the field of childcare.

We’re so proud of each and every one of our team. Their experience and dedication to the children in their care starts with them and ends with happy smiles on little faces.
